ROI Performance provides marketing and lead generation services, including the delivery of exclusive leads and appointment setting, across various verticals. Specific deliverables, volumes and pricing are defined in your individual service agreement or quote.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are based on a pay-per-lead model with no setup fees. Invoicing terms are set out in your service agreement.
Leads delivered are exclusive to the client and are not resold or shared. Lead replacement and quality policies, where applicable, are described in your service agreement.
ROI Performance does not guarantee specific sales outcomes or conversion rates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
